We want you to love your Gordon Nvan pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be charged the difference. Exchanges are subject to availability.
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange. We recommend contacting us first to confirm availability of your desired replacement.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging and tags
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized pieces
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us to expedite the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over €100, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in international transit.
